The company installed a skylight in our living room in August. In October the first summer rain came and water was streaming through the skylight onto the laminated floors, the pine roof was wet and the tv remotes that was on the table under the skylight got wet.
We phoned the company twice, first leaving a message because their phone was on voicemail and the second time spoke to them and pleaded to please come and seal the light before it rains again.
it has been 2 days, still no reply from them, not even a telephone call. We went up the roof only to find that not one of the drilled holes was sealed and the job was half done. We had to seal it ourselves in order to prevent our laminated wooden floors and sealing to rot.
Poor service, poor installation and especially poor after sales service!
