I had a building project and was quoted by Sea West Construction. After paying the deposit, Sean and Sandy promised that building would commence on the 1st of July and that it would take them a week to complete the job. From day one the excuses started. First, they blamed the suppliers for not having the required material. After a week with half of the project still hanging, supplies not there which have already been paid, they started pressing for more money. At the end of the week, only my braai was built (with bricks that I had provided) and not properly working, I started pressing them for a day on which they would finish. Sandy started getting verbally abusive and later on, not even answering her phone. In the end, I convinced them to finish the job on the 13th of July. They arrived the morning, stayed from nine to half past ten, left, came back after one, worked until three and left with an excuse that they will be back the following day to finish the project and remove the rubble. I am still waiting.
Please be beware of these people. They run different companies under different names like Sea West and Fine Living Solutions. They will cost you money and tears!!!
