On 09 May 2013 we got AA Indoor Electrical and Plumbing to fix our geyser, the technicians that were on site did the usual fault finding and said the element was faulty and allegedly replaced the element. On completion they produced the"faulty" element, As I the owner of the property was not available a neighbour checked the work, payed them and signed it off. However the element that they took out was a strait long one, but the geyser fits a spiral element, So it appears that they charged me for replacing an element when in fact the element was never replaced, I had it later checked by another electrician who says they bypassed the ripple relay and the spiral element is still in the geyser and the strait long element from a second non functioning geyser that is still on the ceiling, is missing. I then tried to contact the MD of AA Indoor Electrical and Plumbing to state my case, but to no avail. I just got hold of his very arrogant and unhelpful receptionist who every time just told me the owner is not in and I should email him, The mails all come back the address does not exist. And I got no response from the email I send via their webpage. It is a pathetic sham of a business!!!
