Dell assured me that a technician would be at my office yesterday to fix my dell notebook (3rd piece of hardware on Dell notebook to go!) I cancelled all appointments and patiently waited. The tech phones me on my cell at 10:18 to confirm that he would be with me by latest 16H00. The result... a no show by the tech, and a wasted day for me. Tech has my cell phone number, but clearly could not be bothered to let me know that he is was going to help me. Fifteen minute phone call to Dell... they will come back to me... still waiting. Next day, still no tech or call from Dell.
