Dell has super horrible service. My reference number is 25304828709 i paid Dell on the 18th of January to come and fix my laptop, to date noting has happened. Everyday I call them and I am given false promises. I am told that technicians will come but they never come. I have even lost a lost of money due to calls that I have to make everyday to follow-up. This is unacceptable for a brand such as Dell. Their service is terrible for the lack of a better word. I am stuck with a laptop that is not working and yet I have paid them and they are not delivering. I am so very annoyed and being driven crazy by such kind of poor customer care. Had I known I could have tried other alternatives. I was promised that a technician would come and fix the laptop today, the business day has closed, no one has come-That is Dell for you!!!
