Driver could not locate address - Late Delivery

I am now posting on this site as i have yet to receive any Feedback from Berco with regards to my complaint i logged on their Website on the 09/04/2013.

I ordered a parcel from Kalahari & ordered items specifically for 24 Hour Delivery on Thursday the 4th April. Kalahari let me know on the afternoon of the 4th that my Parcel had been dispatched. On Friday i expected my parcel to be delivered - I got a call around 12 to ask where exactly my address was as the driver could not locate the address? Even if you type my address in google it shows the location. I advised the lady on the phone that i needed the parcel on Friday and she said it will be dilevered after 5pm on Friday.

No delivery on Friday!!! I waited at home and nothing!! The package arrived Monday, my father in law asked the driver what happened on Friday & the driver said that he couldnt find the street in his map book - my father in law asked for his map book & showed him the address in the map book and the drivers only response was that the address must have been Printed wrong on the box? I checked the box & it had the correct address on it

I find this unaccetable and would like to know what happened here?
