WHEN ASKED TO MOTIVATE GOODWILL 20% HAS BEEN GIVEN DO YOU THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE . AND THIS HAS TAKEN 3 WEEKS AND SEVERAL PHONE CALL FROM ME NO WORD FROM THEM
NOW 3 WEEKS LATER WE HAVE HAD TO PHONE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITH' 'ILL CALL YOU BACK'' NO RETURN CALL SO THIS CONTINUES
THEY EVEN TOOK PHOTOS TO MOTIVATE THIS GOODWILL THE PARTS ARE STILL NOT ORDERED AND TODAY AT 9AM SAID SHE NEEDED A DEP TO ORDER PARTS AND WOULD SEND DETAILS IT IS NOW 1PM AND STILL NO EMAIL OR CALL TO DO THIS DEPOSIT HOW LONG SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE REPAIRS, IF JUST ORDERING PARTS TAKES THIS LONG FOR THEM TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER
