I bought a car with Auto Pedigree a few days before the Christmas Festive Season in December 2012.
I was told that the car would be licenced and the documents would be sent to me as I was moving to Cape Town.
It is now 28 March 2013 and I am still without licence plates or disc because it turns out my car licence was only lodged with the traffic dept on the 21 February 2013. A full 2 months after the purchase of the vehicle and also around the time I was seriously following up from Cape Town. It turns out the car's initial roadworthy had expired by the time the licence was applied for so I was told to take time out of my busy workday to get the car roadworthied AGAIN at no fault of my own. The back and forth between the traffic dept for nothing only to realise I hadn't been sent any licencing docs and so could not do a roadworthy there is shocking. The consultant Eddie who helped me in Dec has since moved to the Edenvale branch but it seems no handover was done of his outstanding client work. I am very disappointed.

This is unacceptable.

The only way I got any joy was by working with Penny and the Springs branch and Fayyaad at the Goodwood branch in order to get my stuff sorted.
