Friday I called transport junction and spoke to carla, I needed a parcel to be overnight to vryhied, she advised the parcel would reach vryheid Monday morning at 10:30 latest, was not happy with this as this was an overnight service, but booked parcel for collection friday and delivery Monday, as she advised they donot work weekends. I accepted this. She advised payment needs to be made first. i gave her my email address and after along while of not receiving an email, I called her, asked for her email address, so i could send her a mail, with my requirements. So sent mail at 12:30 to her, and only an hour later did i receive an email from here with the quote and banking details. i made payment immediately, and forward her proof of payment.By 3:15pm, i received no correspondence, i contacted her and she advised that she forgot to get back to me but their driver would collect by 5pm, and that she was unable to give me a time.
I trusted her, biggest mistake. 5pm nothing collected. Monday morning, "their driver from UTI" came to collect. deliver will be next day. From 10 until 3pm today, I have no solution from this company! awaiting manager to contact me!
