I have just recently moved from Durban to JHB, I required to send a parcel to someone in Durban and looked at using a courier company. I got 2 quotes, one from Globeflight, the other from Time Freight. Globe flight made a few colossal errors (from the quote stage right through to the collection stage).
I then decided to go with Time Freight, who had everything down to a "T" from the on-line quote (which is by far the friendliest online quote i have ever done) right down to the delivering of my item in under 24 hours. There was a very small hiccup where i couldn't log onto their on-line tracking service, but within 30 minutes of my email going out to ask them for an update. I had received an email back from them with the current update of my parcel and a further email confirming for the correct person in Time Freight to see why the live updates wasn't working properly.
Unfortunately for Globeflight, my "new years resolution" is to not deal with anyone who gives me bad service, especially when i have to spend my hard earned salary on the service that they require. having said that. I WILL be singing the praises for everyone who will listen about Time Freight.
