I was moving from Johannesburg to Durban and hired classic removers to transport my furniture. My furniture arrived 2 days late. My 6 year old son had to sleep on the floor due to their delay. Nobody contacted me and told me the furniture will arrive late. After speaking to Louis and him giving me attitude and shouting at me (so called manager) the furniture was meant to arrive. The truck arrived at 21.30 the following day. My tv unit was broken, my pot plants we pulled out the pot and just shoved back into soil, all the boxes looked as if a truck drove over them and that's just to mention a few. It looks as of all my furniture was vandalized. I paid R12000 and now I need to replace and fix a lot of my furniture. I am disgusted and appalled by the "service" I received. Not a single apology came my way. All I received was a terrible attitude from everyone working at the company.
