l took my car to kwikfit (randburg) to have a simple part replaced that ended up in me footing the bill for replacement parts that were damaged by an unqualified, negligent mechanic that was attending to my car, l replaced the parts only for the mechanic to damage the exact same part l had bought. l removed my car from there with no satisfactory service and no compensation for the parts that l replaced l have taken my car to a specialist who informed me that whoever was repairing it before didn't have a clue what was going on.l have called head office and l await their response. This is unacceptable service for a supplier of this nature.
