Reckless Driving-went through red robot

Last week the driver of Vehicle YRX 947 GP went right throughthe red robot as was crossing william nicol on the corner of Peter Place and William Nicol. I was crossing the road and he missed me by millimeters. did not care at all and continued to drive recklessly on William Nicol Road in Sandton.

I am not concerned what his hurry was, he endagered lives and I want t know what will be done about his driving.
