I bought a Hyundai i.20 in Sep 2010 and was lead to believe that it was brand new. The car was originally meant to go to someone but that deal fell through. The car came with mag wheels, spoiler, smash & grab tint. I should have realized that the discount they gave me and the trade in value for my car was a bit suspect. I did not expect them to sell me a car that had been involved in an accident. I was first alerted to this after my second service when the technician reported that the rear bumper had been placed back incorrectly and was missing some bumper fasteners. I queried this with him and the service agent, they said they had no idea what I did during the time i had it, implying I had crashed the car! They could not tell me who I could report this to. TWT did a tire check, told me the rear axle was damaged and could never align wheels correctly. Phoned hyundai and sent a complaint via email, no help. Today my wife had a minor accident where a van scraped the rear bumper, she took it to Farber coach and they immediately could see the rear bumper had been re-sprayed. I know of others that have had issues with this branch. i will not buy from then again!
