My insurance 1st for woman took my car for panel beating. I was informed is ready to my suprise I spotted 4 things not properly done that the consultant agreed and I left it my car to be there for 1 day and that will be fixed. Next day I informed my insurance to arrange a courtesy car and their response was because of bad quality they were to give me a car that moment. 1st complaint they never said anything about me getting a courtesycar. My insurance called them they said they don't a car that I said that was out of service delivey as that was their agreement to do so with my insurance
My insurance arrange a car for me.1st day not call from them as they promised it will take a day. I contacted my insurance they contacted them that they said it will be ready on day 2 at 5pm. I couldn't pick it due to my commitments and picked it on monday as it was long weekend. To my suprise again all I complain about was nt done with no reason. I have to leave it again but now they say they can't fix the alignment of bumper & fender as they didn't work on but I'm saying it might be impact from the accident tey say my car was in accident of which not. So they it was factory fall that I must proove
