Bad service in buying a car from Auto Pedigree

I contacted Auto Pedigree Montana on Thursday 11 July 2013 after viewing an advertisement on [URL Removed] regarding a special for a Hyundai Accent 2011 model which was selling at R124995 instead of R139995. I phoned various branches and according to a sales man from the Montana branch they had a blue 2011 model with about 48000 km on their floor. We went through to view and test drive the car on 12 July and an offer to purchase was issued. On Saturday 13 July I let the branch know I wanted to buy the car and I started applying for finance. The whole of the next week I followed up on the progress of the transaction and various promises were not kept in terms of keeping me updated. The sales man often didn't phone back in the time he said he would. On Thursday 18 July he let me know that there was now suddenly a problem with the invoicing at head office stating the car was actually a 2012 model. According to him it was verified by Hyundai and now suddenly the special didn't apply anymore although the car had been presented to me at the discounted price and finance had been applied for accordingly. On Saturday 20 July they reported the car had already been sold to another customer.
