I bought a used Renault Megane II, 1.9dci, 2004 model in October 2011. In November 2012 it had a problem with not starting. I took it to Renault in Midrand, after a whole month they advised that they cannot fix it and recommended that I take it to Renault in Kempton Park. In Kempton Park they agreed to take it in and fix it. It is now 6 months later and I still do not have my car. If I don't phone, they give me no feedback on what is going on with my car. I had to give them a deposit as they said they know what needed to replaced, after that the car was still not working.
