I had subscribed to the art of knitting and I gave them my banking details but I left R150 in my account every month but instead they wanted to take -R350 from my account me not knowing that the money wasn't taken it was handed over to NRB Risk Solutions, and it was R420 and NRB called me with a amount of R620 I then made the arrangement with cindy because of me now working to make a monthly payment of R100 every month but the last I paid the R50 she told me if I stick to the arrangement there will be no intrest added on to the account I paid everythin and then I received a email that I need to comply with a payment arrangement in whitch I made all my payments and I faxed all the proof what else do I need? Why should I pay another R650 when I already made a payment for them handing me over.
