We purchased a vehicle from this branch as a demo model in November 2012 as a demo model in MAy 2013 we received a phone call from the dealership that the car is not a demo and that it has been in an accident with R38 000 worth of damage. The dealership has not disclosed this information to use and this has placed us at risk and under a false impression. The dealer has sold us a car that is a second hand car and not a demo. MFC was also not informed about this and paid for this car at a demo price. The dealership on the 31st of May has given us a different car without any paper work and the salesperson has given me a spare key that does not work and he even had the guts to tell me that this key does not work to start or unlock the car. A report is now going to the Motor Industry Ombudsman Of SA. The dealership manager said to my wife that he no longer wants to talk to her and does not want to do business with her again.
