I purchased a Chevrolet Spark LS at Fury (Rivonia) in August 2011. I was told the car was a demo when I bought it, but throughout my use of the car I kept on experiencing some problems with the car. So I took the car in at the dealer ship where I bought it in hopes of either trading it in for another car or selling to them. They did an evaluation of the car and told I had a shortfall of plus minus R 15000.00, I felt it was too much money so I shopped around at other dealerships to hopefully get a better deal.
I approached Toyota and they ran their own assessment on the car, there assessment said that the car has been re sprayed and that it was a 2010 model not 2011 they showed me the proof in my service book, which I didn't notice because I'm a first time buyer. I've called the dealership and the GM head office they keep on saying they will call me back.
Please assist.
