I had my car serviced to be road worthied by Dekra, It failed the test after they serviced it, Auto mate fix the issues and car passes, a week later i have to bring car back for the slipping belts they installed they tighten the belts and I leave happy or so I thought. I travel on a long drive to Welkom and my engine light comes on and car stalls as i come into Welkom, I have a mechanic there check the car as its three months after they serviced the car to be told engine is seized and cause is due to automate not tightening the alternator properly. Replace the engine and contact automate after i get the assessment from the mechanic only to be told. "Although we take into consideration your documentation sent through we cannot rely on a report from a party that stands to financially gain from it". How am I gaining anything but the cost I have to pay for replacement engine!!! I didn't even send bill for mechanic just parts that had to be replaced due to poor workmanship from their mechanics!!!
