I laid a complaint after buying a vehicle at Auto Pedigree. I got hold of the Regional Manager, Karla Streydom whom handled my issue with the utmost professionalism. I received a sms today to confirm a payment was maid into my account from Auto Pedigree to fix the faulty part in my vehicle. Also the amount is slightly more than was expected so I was surprised. Thank you to Karla and her line management for taking the time to listen to my problem and for getting it resolved. This is what service is all about.
