Shame on you Just Group SA and Blue Lakes SA!!!
People please note that when you see those adverts; Purchase a car for R699, R799, it is a crazy.
Just Groups business model is as follows: You pay monthly "regular" instalments on your car and they are supposed to refund you according to the mileage you have travelled and how many persons have expressed interest in your vehicle using the vehicle code visible on your car.
I always receive sms's from Just Group SA notifying me that people have expressed interest in my car by submitting my quote. Every month I do all the administation that is required (Take a photo and upload to the website) but guess what Just Group SA and Blue Lakes SA don't pay me despite the fact that I am advertising for them.
I then emailed Kugan Munsomi, Shanice Naidoo and Zantal Deale to request why I am receiving my monthly refunds. They blatently ignore my emails.
Whenever I institute legal action against just group, I have to withdraw the action as Just Group suddenly pays.
There is excessive administration involved in owning this vehicle and when they don't pay despite the fact that you are advertising for them... Is it really worth it?
