On Friday 29 March at 09:00, we arrived at Wimpy Colesberg Engen 1stop and placed our meal order for 9 people. Received half of the drinks at 10:20 with one dirty spoon for 4 cups of coffee before the waiter rushed off and was told by another waitress at the counter that they don't have any clean spoons available. Eventually received 3 of the 9 plates of food almost another half hour later with no toast and no cutlery - again told there is no clean knives and forks. When I asked our serving waiter for the rest of the drinks and food I was told to wait my turn cause and he will get to it. After a further 20 minute wait we received the rest of the food, but still had to wait for cutlery and rest of drinks. We eventually gave up asked for bill, paid and walked out extremely disgusted at 11:15 - and without the kiddies meal toys.
