Not paying attention

I went to go buy food from chicken licken. i was on my lunch break what i expected to be fast and efficient service turned out to be a waiting game. the people working there totally forgot about me and my order. when i finally got my order the food was cold, i ordered a milkshake and it was watery and clearly not done properly.i did not enjoy my lunch break cos i spent my time there waiting and got food and service
