Vida E Cafe - Constantia Village (what on earth?)
I recently wanted to purchase some of the pods/capsules that you offer as the Newlands one does not have stock. I phone constantia, and the guy says he does not know what I am talking about, and he will hand me over to someone else. I wait about 2 minutes, only for him to come back and tell me I must phone them back in 10 minutes. I ask him please to call me back. He says no, and puts the phone down on me!! What kind of service is that? Clearly you do not need customers?
