I write to you, sequel to my recent visit to one of your stores, I had an appalling experience with your Chris Hani branch on Tuesday 8 January 2012, I arrived at the store at exactly 20h32 and I was told that the store is closed and the stoves had been switched off, the lady at the front refused to give me her name and furthermore I was refused service, is this an acceptable method of communication?
I would have enjoyed my meal from steers but I cannot endorse bad service and being I'll treated as a paying patron, I think a apology and due corrective action are in order.
