HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I am working for an Insurance Company in Springs 5th Street near Wimpy at the Avenues.

Every time we order we get a Bad attitude from the Manager as said Johanna. The orders are always incorrect and when we ask for assistance it is too much of an effort to just be kind and help.

I have never heard a Manager so Rude towards customers and the worst attitude you can imagine.
This is unacceptable and the service is up to no good.

Even the lady delivering the food is always snotty.

This morning I ordered breakfast from Wimpy. I asked for change for R100.00, when she got here she had no change and then she went on about how we are taking up her time and she is late when in actual fact we were running around to get the change which they never sent with the food. I went to my office asked her to stay at reception just to let her listen to my recording. I got back after a few seconds when my Receptionist lady told me she left and took the food with her. Please do explain how this is acceptable behaviour

I am so unhappy I will never order from them again.
