I visited N1 City Spur on Saturday (14th Septemeber 2013) afternoon with my kids for early dinner. The food was fine, Molly our waitress took very good care of us. However the kids play area was disgusting. The odour in the air was terrible, the carpet was in need of a DEEP clean. Overall the cleanliness of the area was way below the cleanliness promised by the Spur group. I relayed this to the Manager on duty at the time, Nathaniel and he seemed apologetic but not at all aware or in agreement. Yet promised that this week it would be deep cleaned. I frequently visit Golden Bay Spur and their children's area is [URL Removed] on guys, Our children play in that area it has to be perfect.
