I once again, first went to Steers, at Lakeside mall. Was "greeted" with a sour face-Juliet-no greeting, nothing. Since I am allergic to soft drinks, I asked her if I could exchange the soft drink in the burger meal, for a small milkshake. Yes, you can. So I went ahead and began ordering the meals. She stopped me-NO-you cant exchange! If you take even a small milkshake, its going to cost you more. Well, this is the 3rd time we have had a run-in with Juliet and her attitude-last time she was so busy socialising she got our whole family order wrong. And the time before. So I left, and went to Nandos at Lakeside- and WOW!! WHAT GREAT SERVICE I GOT THERE!! FROM THE WARM FRIENDLY SMILE OF ASIPHE, THE EFFICIENT TEAMWORK HEADED BY GRACE-WOW, WOW, WOW!! I DID THANK THEM FOR THIS-AND THE WINGS ETC WERE FANTASTIC!! Last 3 times Juliet at Steers has had so much attittude, that I went to Macdonalds who got my 3 R 350 food orders-yes Steers, your cashier costs your business R1000 a month. PLEASE NANDOS-TAKE GRACE, ASIPHE AND ALL YOUR STAFF AT LAKESIDE MALL-To the DEAD-QUIET Steers branch in Lakeside Mall, and show them what service, team-work and good fast food, is all about!!
