I had a loan with Bruma Finance.
It was to be settled over a 10 month period. With not receiving statements on a regular basis, I was under the impression I had a few more months left.
To my surprise, I have received a statement mid April 2013 (the last statement was sent in Nov 2012).
Stating that my loan was already paid up end Feb 2013. I sent an email requesting a consultant phone me back. No luck. I then went to my bank, disputed the debit order, and the following day received a letter threatening black listings and summons.
Till today, no one has contacted me to explain WHY they can illegally put through another debit order when the loan is paid up, but yet they threaten you when you take action to get your OWN money back.
No one phones you back, regardless of all the emails being sent.
It will be of no surprise if Bruma Finance don't even reply to this complaint.
