I obtained a loan from ABSA, maintained same until I was retrenched, made arrangements with ABSA and it was accepted. I have maintained payment despite trying times. However they instructed RL Daly attorneys and I have made arrangements with them and they accepted same via SMSs. Sadly each time these attorneys called me, a threat was made to me, like they would take judgement against me. Two days ago I received summons issued in the North Gauteng High Court. I am resident in the South West Rand. I am now having to seek legal assistance which I cannot afford. Can ABSA not see that I have made every effort to pay what I can, had I been in a better situation I will gladly pay what is due.
