PnP Smart Shopper points not multiplied

I am currently a Vitality member. Purchases were made at Pick n Pay using the Discovery Credit Card together with the smart shopper card, which therefore qualifies me for the multiplier reward. When logged onto the Discovery website, all the transactions are listed but no points are awarded. I tried the call center route and Discovery then said that the points will be calculated manually. Great! Only problem is that each time I phone them (after the specified processing period expires) I get "We have escalated the issue to the back office for processing" together with the promise that it will be sorted out "tomorrow". After almost 2 weeks of frustration they're still not getting the point (excuse the pun). Discovery PLEASE!!! this cannot be that difficult to do.
