Debit order reversed

I have bsnked with FNB for the past three years and I've never had Joy.

l changed Companies this month and I made an arrangement with my premier banker about my salary being paid late last Month probably latest end of this week and arranged for my debit orders not to be reversed.

My debit orders Went off Yesterday Morning and they were Immediately reversed and my salary was paid In same day.

Now I'm sitting with unpaid debit orders and a pile of bank charges.

This is unacceptable
