My vehicle was at Paling Panel beaters for repairs in Witbank, I was not satisfied with their work and reported this to outsuranse, they accommodated me by telling me i should take my car to Centurion Panel beaters for a new quote to repair the damage. the new approved quote done by OUTsuranse is only half of what the panel beaters quote OUTsuranse, for the last 3 weeks i have been struggling to get answers and feedback from outsurance, i spoke the manager of the claims dept i spoke to the Manager of the accessing dept and not one of them can give me answers of why only half of the amount quoted by Centurion Panel beaters was approved. Centurion panel beaters are having a endless fight with OUTsurance about my car for the last 3 weeks, they cant do any repairs to my vehicle due to outsurance declining half of the work that needs to be done to my vehicle. No one at outsurance can give me any answers of why this is taking so long after my vehicle was booked at two different panel beaters in the last three months for the same repairs. the people dealing with my claim is according to me incompetent to do their jobs and customer satisfaction is pathetic. my claim number 90524030
