Need 2 weeks for Border Lette

Wrote and asked for border letter so that i can use my vehicle 2 weeks ago.
I re send email a week ago and still no one responds.

Cant they even write and email to say there is a problem or more info needed.
Just leave you in the dark. And meanwhile you can use you vehicle to go outside the country or while you outside the country.
