I contacted Virgin Call Centre and was assisted by Ryan Kirsten. I had a problem with my Laptop due to a High Voltage surge. After explaining the incident to Ryan it was like saying 1, 2, 3, resolved. I would like to commend Ryan for his professionalism and high knowledge of the Virgin Insurance product, as I said it was easy as 1, 2, 3. I would also like to add that dealing with Ryan was a wonderful experience he has a wonderful telephone manner when he speaks to you, your envision a permanent smile on his face, friendly, helpful and a very good listener. Due to this we went from resolving my claim to me changing from another insurance company I am with and placing all my things under one umbrella Virgin. Thank you such Great Service!!! Well done Ryan
