Virgin Money Insurance - confused

On 04/02/2014 at about 07:00 am in the morning i was involved in a car accident on the N3 north. I phoned Virgin Money towing services to get my car towed. First Road emergency services was at the scene and spoke to the person at the towing department. The call centre opperator instructed the tow truck driver to take my car to Renew-it in edenvale.

Today i went to Renew-it to get some stuff out my car and was told that Virgin has not yet assessed the damage on my car - i then called the call centre and spoke to Urusha - who informed me that the assessment was booked for monday - but that my car will be moved to Industria on the west rand - because Renew-it is not part of their network and they can't do assessments there! this is redicilous - now my car will be moved somewhere and when i eventualy get it back who knows in what state it will be.

i want to know why the towing service was told to take my car to an assessment centre - which now according to the call centre is not part of their network.
