Thaneshree Konar of Oneplan Health Insurance was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my situation and rectifying the double payment that went off on my personal account for my new Oneplan policy. I have only received excellent service and assistance from Oneplan so far. I highly recommend them as a Health Insurance company.
