Can someone talk some sense on ABSA Management very disappointed with these has to be some serious change on how they operate these are their feedback after two complains NO RESPONSE SO FAR:

We will be claiming the damage caused by open windows if this isn't sorted ASAP and the replacement of the gutters this is not acceptable at all.
