STRUGGLING ALMOST A MONTH JUST TO GET SWITCHED

I send my debit order switching forms from the start (16 OCTOBER)

On the 6th of November I phoned to hear when will they settle the RCS account and was told oops they never processed it and it was only done the 8th!!!

Now I applied for a Samsung galaxy s4 mini through fnb and when I phone Monday to hear when it will be delivered they told me I can't get it as my debit orders were not switched by them.

I informed them I did send the forms more than twice with no luck. I was promised a call within 20 minutes.

No call and I phoned and spoke to M Reed, who first could not find be on the system at all and then finally got me.

He said he will sort it out and send the forms to the debit order switching department and they will contact me within 48 hours!!

Still no call!! I need to know if I can buy the phone or if I should make another plan.

I wanted to get car and house finance next year but after this maybe nedbank is the better option.

I would appreciate feedback TODAY!!!
