Thank You Outsurance, especially Ellenore Brits, who was incredible, after been given the run arround i was at my wits end and felt that my claim was not going to be sorted out and on top of this that my policy and Outsurance was at Risk. Ellenore kept me in the loop as to where she was in the process and sorted out my claim within 2 weeks. What i liked was that she kept her promise in calling me back and not only did she do this she sent me a text to confirm all this. Now that's what i call customer service, keeping a promise and delivering the goods. she even contacted me to me me my co payment was reclaimed and would be deposited within 2-3 days.
