Cancelling my policy for pathetic service

I met up with an accident on the 19th of November 2013 where the guilty party smashed into me from behind. My claim number is 1045371. I was told that an access amount of R3400 had to be paid by me. I enquired from all the people that I spoke to that shouldn't the guilty party pay for my access as the accident was not my fault (reason for me saying this is that according to my knowledge and past expirences this was the process). I was told by all the people that I spoke to namely Moses Malatsi and especially Helena Shannon that I had to pay the access and Outsurance would claim the funds back for me as they also had a claim in the matter and I was not allowed to contact or claim from the guilty party or use any of my own legal action as this would jeopardise Outsurance's claim as well.

After 2 months I received feedback from a very RUDE Helena Shannon that MiWay (the guilty parties insurance company) was unable to pay the amount due to me as their customer was not insured with them at the time of the accident, which is not my problem.

I was told that I was going to get my access returned and I want it back or I am cancelling my policy.
