I sold one of my vehicles and added the new one onto my policy. Tracker called me on the 06th to arrange for the installation on my new car I was informed that I needed to pay R1500 to have this done, I was never informed that there would be additional cost, Tracker then transferred me to an agent @ dial Direct. The agent informed me that she would pull the initial convo and if the agent who did the addition didn't give me the correct details Dial Direct would foot the cost and she would get back to me by no later that the morning of the 07th.By the 09th still no feedback, I complained via their website, today 10/12 an agent calls and explains that I have a contract with Tracker not them and I need to pay tracker not dial direct, the lady today informed me that they sell on behalf of tracker but don't know everything about tracker, dial direct tricks people into taking contracts with tracker and you tied down for 3 yrs, this is the 2nd time I have issues with Dial DIrect/tracker the 1st time my credit record was almost damaged.. Need to get new insurance, its not like I am cancelling the tracker its just a transfer to my new vehicle
