Arrange december Debit Orde

I called the collection Department on Monday the 2nd of December responding to the SMS that I got that my debit for two personal loans that I have will be debited on the 13th of December. I will only be paid on the 20th of December so I'm requesting that my debit order must stay on the same date not to be changed to the 13th. The answer I got is that they will resend the SMS as I have deleted the one I had. But I'm still waiting even now and the next thing I will be having a return that I must pay. Ref #1386161563.10332
