I got a job in a different area, hd 2 relocate. New job paid salary on different date, Wesbank changed debitdates frm d 1st to 25th, bt dey ran em on the 1st, it bounced. I phoned em & Dey promised 2 rectify. On 25 d money ws deducted! bt few days afta some1 phoned 2 say I was on 1 month arrears, I explained. She promised 2 call back & never did. Afta a Year a debt collector calls & demands payment 4 "month I skipped" she then promised 2 callback & never did. different agent called again & we had disagreement & never came 2 a conclusion. D agent tried 2 call me during working hours this Year & promised 2 callback afta work & never did. I was forcefully stopped by guys demanding I handover my car 2 em saying I m not paying, 2my surprise cause I paid instalments all along. HeadOffice said letters were sent 2 my address & I told em I changed addresses & was forced to accept fault, I paid R10 000 & my car was released. Afta paying, their lawyers told me I owed R30 000 & said my car was written off cause I was not replying 2 their letters, Thembekile handled my acc. she said I was owing R60 000, contradicting their lawyers. I WANT MY ACOUNT REMOVED FROM WRITTEN OFF STATUS! & CORRECT ABALANCE!
