I called the call center 086064646464 and it took me to messaging. Marilyn answered the phone, she mentioned that she is from the messaging Dept. because the call center was experiencing high call volumes. But that did stop her from assisting me, she was able to forward me my policy document and she has promised to ask the relevant people to call me back.
