When i took the funeral policy with you i specified that all debit orders must take place on the first day of the month. Last month you attempted a debit much earlier than that and now this month as well. I am letting you know that i have reversed your debit order that took place today. The money i have in my account before the 1st is not for the funeral policy. Kindly make sure that your debit order takes place on the 1st (not before and not after - exceptions would be holidays and sundays- in which case you would have to debit after the 1st, never before. If your system cannot debit my account as per our agreement, please send me account details and I will set up a stop order with my bank or pay you directly on the agreed date.
