I have been trying to get hold of 24hr mobility for the past 2 weeks in connection with my laptop.
Everytime I made calls just to ask for banking details I was transferred from one person to another. This cost me a lot cause I had to hold for a long time and nobody helped me. Today I tried again for so many times but it was only Ruark who came to my rescue. So I say hands up to him for an excellent service. He knows how to deal with customers. We need people like you. Because of you I have managed to make some payments hoping to get my laptop fixed soon.
