Going all the way to retain a client

I wanted to cancel my cover with MiWay for a comprehensive cover I took for my new car since I was offered better premium by another insurance company. Spoke to Nomsa Malinga at retention who simply requested me to forward through the policy schedule and see if she cannot come with better premium. One of the things I appreciated with the her was her level of honesty and professionalism, she stated clearly that she will not be able to come up with the premium lower than what I was offered but highlighted some of the things in fine print that will leave me at the disadvantage should my car be written off (of which I completely missed, as I was more focussed on paying the lowest premium).

She came back and offered me the best competitive premium for the model that will be driving and to top it off a peace of mind should something happen.

If it wasn't for her by tomorrow MiWay would have lost a client.
